I recently ordered a package from Lazada.sg, which is basically the Lazada website for Singapore. I ended up having issues with the package delivery as the delivery partner has lost the package.
I had to raise a request online and it is sad they do not list their customer service number. I had to go through a chatbot and this is ridculous and does not help much. My experience has been great with the customer service of Lazada, they try to take care of the customer. They ask all the details, they try to solve the issue then and there, if they can. They put me on hold for sometime to check with the logistics provider and everyone to escalate and get me response right aways.
